  • Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized parts are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be included.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs. Contact us for a prepaid return label.
  • Risk During Transit: You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. If returning a defective item, use our prepaid label to ensure coverage.

4. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
